Persistence Pays

Sept 29th, 2014 Persistence pays off. Life is like a marathon. It's not where you start, it's where you finish. At times things seem so far they're out of reach. In some marathons I can't see the finish line until the last 400 meters but I know it's there and I know I'm going to cross it! The key to crushing a major long term goal is to do something every day to help you get there. Remember that every expert was once a novice. I instill work ethic in all my young clients. Bird’s The Word

September 22, If I'm in a position to help someone, I will. I find it to be a privilege rather than a burden. To give is to receive. This past week a peach of a woman and a tremendous golfer helped me package a box of gifts to send Sponge at WVU. We all wrote letters to show we are always thinking about him. I sent him a couple of things that could turn out to be very instrumental in his development. He knows what to do. I just want one thing in return...a drop step into an up and...

Back 2 Blog

I've been sick since the spin-a-thon at M-Cycle. It was totally worth it. We brought the community together and raised a total of $2,675.00 for the Chicago Diabetes Project. Sponge's older brother, a star wide receiver and punt returner for the University of Cincinnati, won his first game this weekend. Both Johnny...

Grattitude Is The Attitude

I gave it my all and left everything I had in the gym. As a result we were able to raise over $2,000 for The Chicago Diabetes Project! It was worth every ounce of sweat. I was sick the rest of the weekend and I'm still trying to fight it off. Consistency is key so rather than skipping out on a blog this week I figured I would share my girlfriend's blog. I couldn't have said it better myself Lil Ball! Enjoy! How many times can I say thank you? As many times as I am given the honor to say it,...

Hard Workers

Labor Day is more than just a long weekend. It's intended to reflect upon the creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. Throughout American history, workers had to fight to get better pay and shorter hours. Even if it meant going on strike as the Pullman workers did in 1894 on the American Railroad. The ripple effect of the union movement has contributed in large to what makes America so great! I hope everyone had a happy...
