Every Moment Counts

I'm not taking anything for granted. There is so much to be thankful for. I'm lucky to live in Miami where I can train outdoors all year long. There is something euphoric about a long distance run. The Publix Fort Lauderdale A1A Marathon holds a special place in my heart. I broke a Guinness World Record the first time in 2013 and last year was the longest it ever took me to complete a full marathon. Patience and Progress

Have patience because everything is difficult before it gets easy. A little progress everyday adds up to big results. One day of being healthy won't make you fit for life but it's certainly a step in the right direction. I'm so proud of all my clients. Somebody told me when I was a kid "Every day you're not working, someone else is getting better." It motivated me so much that I even printed it on a banner and hung it up in my room.
