White Hot Blog

May 26th, 2014

It all happened in a flash! The NBA and Miami Heat asked me to assist them with a Flashmob. It consisted of over 100 dancers, 5 basketball players who can straight up ball, Heat dancers, and the talented and hilarious mascot, Burnie. It was all in celebration of the NBA Playoffs and my favorite team! In just 3 days I helped recruit dancers and taught them to become more comfortable controlling the ball during their choreography. Lil Ball wasn’t reluctant one bit to join the mob. Unbeknownst to me it has always been on her bucket list! What made it even more cool was that the same exact thing was happening in New York, OKC, San Antonio, and Indiana. The Video is now viral and can be viewed on the link below. I’m the guy wearing glasses with the shirt and tie.

Lance Stephenson, aka Born Ready (To Flop) was caught sleeping in a plethora of memes on Instagram. The Heat have been asleep in pretty much all of the first quarters, but like most things, it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. It’s safe to say the Heat is on! Me and Peach witnessed game 3 against the Pacers. The arena was White Hot as Heat Nation got turned up! I smell a three peat!

Memorial Day Weekend has been so peaceful. I got to go kayaking for the first time with my boo! We also meditated, had brunch, went to the movies, and climbed trees! X-men: Days of Future Past was just as exciting as all of it’s previous Marvel reproductions.

Next weekend I’ll be running with Meb and 2 time Olympian, US record holder, Ryan Hall in the San Diego Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon! It’s been a whole year since my first RnR race when I made several rookie mistakes. John Wooden said “If you’re not making mistakes, you’re not doing anything.” I suppose I’ve done a lot, including missing a turn for the full marathon and running the half by accident. I was disappointed at the time but in hind sight, that mistake led to my Doctor Dribble Tour! This year I plan on running the half and I better not miss any turns!

Stay Classy,
