Worth The Wait
Some things are worth the wait. It took me 3 years of growing out my hair to finally be able to donate it to charity. I like the new look. It’s actually my old look. Most importantly I followed through on the mission to give my hair to Locks of Love. There are so many brave fighters, battling cancer. It’s an honor to give part of me to this wonderful cause.

It’s not a joke. Magda and I saw Joe, Murr, Q, and Sal live at the Filmore! We love their show and got to hang out with them after the show. They are currently shooting an all new season of Impractical Jokers featuring some episodes in Miami! Magda doesn’t stop laughing out loud when she sees them. Not sure what’s more entertaining the jokers or Magda going out of control!
Basketball is here! High school, college, and NBA. It was worth the wait. Just ask Sponge who wasn’t able to play last season. He’s now balling at West Virginia University. I remember watching college basketball on ESPN with him when he was in highschool and saying “one day that’ll be you playing on ESPN.” That time is now!
I was in Orlando this weekend visiting one of my players, Erick Manuel Saavedra, at Montverde Academy. His hard work has gotten him the opportunity to be at the best high school in the world for basketball as a freshman. While he waits his turn, Erick is doing everything he can to get better. He was invited to practice with the varsity while I was there and held his own. I’ll tell him the same thing I told Sponge. If he goes above and beyond to improve when nobody is watching, he will one day be playing on ESPN too!
Next weekend I’ll be in LA with Revete for Disney’s Avengers Half Marathon. It’s going to be so much fun. If you’re going to be there give me a shout.
